Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran manajemen risiko dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan di lingkungan sekolah. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya keamanan dan keselamatan di sekolah, yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan dan prestasi akademik siswa serta staf. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau studi literatur, yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber sekunder seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan dokumen resmi terkait manajemen risiko dan keamanan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi dan analisis risiko yang komprehensif memungkinkan sekolah untuk mengenali dan memahami berbagai potensi ancaman. Langkah-langkah mitigasi seperti peningkatan infrastruktur keamanan, pelatihan evakuasi darurat, dan kebijakan anti-bullying terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi insiden berbahaya dan meningkatkan rasa aman di kalangan siswa dan staf. Keberhasilan manajemen risiko sangat bergantung pada partisipasi aktif dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Adaptasi dan pembaruan strategi manajemen risiko secara berkala diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan lingkungan sekolah yang dinamis. Rekomendasi penelitian ini meliputi pengembangan dan evaluasi rutin rencana manajemen risiko, peningkatan infrastruktur keamanan, pelatihan rutin dan simulasi evakuasi, serta keterlibatan seluruh pemangku kepentingan dalam program manajemen risiko
