
About the Journal
IslamicEdu Management Journal (IEMJ) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal. Our main goal is to disseminate current and original articles from academics, researchers, and practitioners in the field of Islamic Education Management. This includes areas such as Islamic Educational Leadership, which involves the analysis and development of leadership in Islamic educational institutions; Islamic Education Policy, which covers studies on educational policies and their impact on the management of Islamic educational institutions; Innovation and Technology in Islamic Education, which focuses on the utilization of technology and innovation in Islamic education management; Islamic Curriculum Development, which pertains to the management and development of curricula that align with Islamic values; Human Resource Management in Islamic Educational Institutions, which includes strategies and best practices in the management of educators and staff; Financial and Resource Management, which involves the management of finance, facilities, and infrastructure in Islamic educational institutions; and Evaluation and Accreditation of Islamic Education, which covers evaluation and accreditation processes and their implications for the quality of Islamic education. This journal is published twice a year in June and December by Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Falah. The e-ISSN number is 3063-5888
The management of IslamicEdu Management Journal (IEMJ) highly appreciates contributions in the form of current and original articles from academics, researchers, and practitioners in the fields of Islamic Education Management, Islamic Educational Leadership, Behavior and Culture of Islamic Educational Organizations, and Islamic Educational Administration. These contributions are to be published and disseminated through the mechanisms of text selection, review, and editing. All published articles represent the individual views and ideas of the authors and do not represent this journal or the authors' affiliated institutions. Applications are open all year round. Before submitting, please ensure the manuscript is in accordance with the Focus and Scope of IslamicEdu Management Journal (IEMJ), written in Indonesian, and follows the author's guidelines and our manuscript template.
