IslamicEdu Management Journal (IEMJ) welcomes various contributions in the form of empirical studies, theoretical reviews, and innovative managerial practices that encompass: 1) Islamic Educational Leadership, which includes the analysis and development of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. 2) Islamic Educational Policy, which involves studies on educational policies and their impact on the management of Islamic educational institutions. 3) Innovation and Technology in Islamic Education, which covers the utilization of technology and innovation in the management of Islamic education. 4) Islamic Curriculum Development, which focuses on the management and development of curricula that align with Islamic values. 5) Human Resource Management in Islamic Educational Institutions, which includes strategies and best practices in managing educators and staff. 6) Financial and Resource Management, which pertains to the management of finances, facilities, and infrastructure in Islamic educational institutions. 7) Evaluation and Accreditation of Islamic Education, which involves the processes of evaluation and accreditation and their implications for the quality of Islamic education.
